Wow- can you believe Christmas is less than a week away?

Okay, I know I’ve also been absent for almost a week- but I was hoping to distract you with that Christmas comment. Hay, atleast I brought you mousse? I’m really wanting to try it with a different flavour too- any thoughts?

Also, it’s my mission to have the Norbu version of the Chocolate Truffle recipe to you by tomorrow. It must happen!

I love being a membership consultant at my new gym- I seriously look forward to working every week, and the people are just awesome. Ps. Bonus for selling memberships helps too ;)

I’ve done like no Christmas shopping. That’s on the cards for tomorrow. How did I get so slack this year?

Oh but mum’s shoes that we got her for xmas did come…we ordered them from Paul’s Warehouse (ps. please check the giveaway post to see if you won- read the comments). I was seriously worried they wouldn’t get here- but hay they did, in only a few days yay!


I made gingerbread cakes/cookies the other day but need to work out the measurements I use before posting…woops


I sit on a exercise ball at work- it’s awesome and I get no back pain like I did from my chair :)


I loved making the Clean Chocolate Truffles for my BodyStep & BodyAttack classes this week. All with big thumbs up by the way.


I’ve had some out of nowhere body issues again (I think brought on by the anxiety of the silly season) and was considering doing something stupid that I’d regret. Instead I bought this tea and have tried to have a cup every night. It’s not the nasty laxative tea stuff but just full of herbs and different ingredients that help detox your body. Who knows if it works, but psychologically I feel better and it helps relax me.

We are still head over heels for this banana bread (please tell me you’ve made it?!)

  1. I totally can’t believe christmas is so soon – before I know it, I’ll be back at work haha. Gone are the days where we had 6 weeks of blissful holiday freedom!

    You’re so resourceful with the recipes! I wonder how protein powder or additional eggs (or a bit o chocolate and nuts) would go with the banana bread…? I guess it wouldn’t technically be banana bread anymore! Might actually have time to try some recipes for once with holidays :)

    I hope you’re feeling strong and healthy and less prone to the body issues. Being healthier and free enough to eat what you want is far more important than being smaller, but living a life of restriction and pressure. Sending you love
