Well I’ve been making these..
(don’t mind the odd shape- the balls were in the hot room as we wooped our butts during BodyAttack so they went wonky ha).

But no that’s not it. I think I dealt with a bit of mid-blog crisis. Like, do I really want to blog? Well upon telling some of my amazing BodyAttack participants about the blog, I realised- hell yeah I do!
Apart from those delicious things (ps. recipe to come! and NO they aren’t these Chocolate Christmas Truffles, if possible they ARE better) I did get a new (additional) job- totally a working girl now in a cute purple and teal t-shirt I’m working at a gym, because my ultimate goal is to be Group Fitness Manager and even PT manager one day, and the thing is- ya gotta make your way up!
So I started as a membership consultant and I actually love it! Convincing people to join a gym, be active and change their lives into something healthier- sounds a lot like all the PT and Group Fitness classes I do right? It’s kinda perfect and I’m already excited to go back next week.
I will admit I’m pretty exhausted though, pair that job with house work, PT at home (and spending hours writing plans for those sessions etc), PT at my new job and all my 12 or so Group Fit. classes each week and I’m goneski. Some days I start the day at 5am and every night just about I go till 8pm with work. I’m trying to keep sane by ensuring that Sunday will be a complete no work day- no plans, no classes…none of that business!
I think moving forward I’m not going to aim to blog once a day (can you believe it was twice a day at one stage!) but maybe several times a week. It mostly likely will be on Monday or Thursday or Friday or Sat or even Sunday because they are the days I do have an odd moment to. I will try my best. With a recipe coming your way asap!
Because I have now have some new readers that are requesting that recipe already
