Random Thoughts 20/11

Hey there, how are ya?

Can you believe this energizer cardio bunny and weight lover is craving some Bikram Yoga bad? I was going to go again Monday night but didn’t want to push my knee as it was reallyreally sore (but has magically improved Tues- maybe it was all that bikram haha).

Anyways because it’s hump day and I’m feeling freakay let’s go random style

Random Thoughts

I’m loving the chocolate version so much and I totally went to video them instead of take a photo just before ha.

  • I’m (well we) SUPER obsessed about Dance Moms lately. It’s so good and I’m currently suffering as we try to find Volume 2 of Season 2 to download- the split the 26 episodes in Season 2 into two volumes. BOO!




  • I got a sleep in this Wednesday morning for a change because I got my 6am BodyStep filled. I knew with everything last week my body needed a break and it’s served me well!
  • I want more bikram yoga! (but you already knew that hehe)




  • I went for two great job interviews Monday and I’m just hoping the job(s) is right for me and vice versa.
  • On that note I am getting more and more PT clients, so it’s keeping me a bit busier (when they don’t cancel that is haha)
  • My mum had a turning moment last night where she is ready to get her health and fitness back on track- so proud of her!


  • My thing of late is writing a list of all the things I have to do that day and doing them, then getting to delete them off the list- woo so much satisfaction!

  3. Ha, I love making to do lists too! I used to do Bikram yoga once a week as it was included in my gym membership. Here I lack the time and funds to do it! I so miss it :(

      I wish it was at one of my gyms- I so need some more of that stuff. Awww! It makes me feel so much better mentally and physically

  4. There’s nothing I love more than crossing off to do lists haha! I really want to do a yoga class too – our private yoga class in Bali was perfect and it reawakened my yogini side :P

    I love lists as well! I nearly always have one going (and often it has silly simple tasks on it so I can cross more off more often!) and I LOVE crossing things off it! :D

  6. I think yoga is amazing. I have a hard time fitting it in with everything else on the go, but it definitely has an important place in any fitness regime. I think when you are very active in cardio and resistance training, slowing things down and focusing on stretch and muscle recovery is so important! I know exactly how you feel.
    Are you going to the quarterly this weekend??

      I know it’s like that, if something’s gotta give it’s yoga…which sucks! I want more but. Yes I am- at carindale, wbu? Not sure if I’ll make it to Attack though that’s at 8 or something isn’t it? I have a 21st the night before (not drinking but probably a late one) but I’ll be there for Step. Are you going?
