Morning! Thanks to the beautiful Kelly, whom recommended this fitness survey, I decided to give it a crack! After you have a read join in at the end!
1. Run or Walk?
Walk- although I enjoy doing sprints (sometimes, rarely..) I despise running. It’s not easy for me like a lot of other fitness. Whilst I’ve participated in fun run events before…
[A PHOTO WAS SUPPOSED TO GO HERE. I SEARCHED FOR IT THROUGH OLD POSTS- OF AN OLD RACE I DID AND COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW SKINNY I LOOKED. LIKE UNHEALTHY SKINNY. CANNOT BELIEVE WHERE I ONCE WAS. FOR THAT REASON I WONT EVEN BOTHER REPOSTING IT.]
I mostly do it for the accomplished feeling at the end. Running sucks therefore walking wins by default ha.
2. Treadmill or Elliptical?
Hmmm either really- elliptical is good on my knees though but tready for warming up!
3. Longest distance you’ve ever run?
10km, see why in question 1…although I’d love to say I’ve done a marathon. Does it still count if you walk most of it? Ha.
4. # of days/week you work out?
6 due to classes, but I should probably take a day or two off that to ensure I don’t overtrain. However, with extra classes as of lately that it’s been more…
5. Favourite Cold Weather & Hot Weather Food?
I don’t really differentiate between hot and cold weather food? Ha. I just eat whatever all year baby but for the sake of the question I’d say…
Cold weather- hearty warm foods, I’m more likely to comfort warming foods like hot chips and savoury types.
Hot weather- fruit and ice-cream. It’s hot okay- gotta cool yaself down somehow

All year round- pb and bananas.
6. Do you lift weights?
Ahhh do I even lift? Hell yeah! I love lifting heavy weights. Seriously cannot recommend it enough!
7. Is there a race you want to participate in?
I wouldn’t train for one but I’d like to say I’ve done a half marathon or full marathon haha.
8. What is your favourite workout?
Group Fitness- BodyStep or BodyAttack, both of which I teach.

9. Favourite Sports?
Hmmm as a child I loved touch footy but I don’t really watch much sports or participate in sports. I’m pretty indifferent to it all. Unless aerobics counts? Ha!
