Wednesday brings us halfway through the week and what a week it’s been.

I know I said I’d have recipes for you soon but well the banana bread photo is gross and I’m not happy with it- guess that means I’ll have to make another batch right? Lucky I can see some overripe bananas in our near future

Just your ordinary delicious turkey and salad sandwich on my favourite Burgen bread.
I am totally loving the whole ricotta and spinach thing lately. Thanks to this amazing recipe- Skinny Eggplant Rollatini.
A healthier chicken parmy with vege. Literally just some chicken, pasta sauce and parmesan.
A Slim Secrets Apple Wanted Bar! I’ve had many instances where I need quick and convenient foods in between classes lately.
Remember my ricotta and spinach kick above? Find it below, rather ugly I do admit, with vegies and pasta sauce. Don’t judge it for it’s outside appearance, it was tastyyyyyy
Parmigiana style meatballs! Yum. Although next time I’d probably forgo the cheese or almond meal inside.
Awesome and simple Spinach & Ricotta frittata (yes again- more spinach ricotta haha). Even the bf loved this meatless dish, success!
His and hers after dinner snacks- Chobani, Norbu & almonds for me. Nutella mugcake for him (his absolute fave and regular in this house). He knows the recipe off my heart but if you want it- here!

Have I mentioned ricotta and spinach? Haha again with pasta sauce and vegies- dipping style + lettuce leaves.
A base for my individual Natural Cheesecakes for a double date dinner party last Saturday night- went down a treat! (I used more cream cheese this time so sweeten with the sweetener according to taste preferences)
Awesome eggplant lasagna- based off this recipe. I omitted the pasta sheets.
But for the bf’s half I indulged him with fresh pasta sheets and béchamel sauce! Oh and lots of cheese per request. Top house wife
Yay for an awesome Norbu delivery! Can’t wait.
Half eaten protein powder pancakes I just scoffed. Mmmm.
