I’ve missed you- I promise. It’s just things are all over the joint at the moment!; but I’m still here and regularly thinking of you don’t worry
So what’s new aye- well I started my third round of nutrition and training program (weights) with the amazing Tara! And I plan to do weekly updates as well. I’ve done the lower and upper body workouts for my first week thus far and loved both of them- I don’t think I actually ‘dreaded’ any exercise but just really enjoyed being pushed by each one.
Um and I have another cudos to weight training- when else could I eat a huge breakfast (3 eggs and 3 pieces of wholegrain toast) and still have a flat stomach after? I was so exciting I had to take multiple photos for proof
Don’t mind the sports bra! It’s a ‘sports’ one so it’s okay
I also got completed an assignment (to hand in tomorrow with another in class assignment) and did a presentation- which we rocked, just saying- this morning for Arts! Tomorrow is also the last day I really attend uni, apart from attendance needed to hand in later assignments (which I usually prefer to email anyways for the exact reason ha).
To be honest guys I’m really just loving life at the moment. Whilst not everything is going how I wanted it too (need to rake in more PT clients- will be doing online clients also soon!) I’m really happy with it all and for once I’m not counting down how many days this xy happens or is completed- rather I’m living in the moment (which for this anxiety ridden girl is amazing!)
Oh and gym clothes update from the other day- I’ve worn everything already (couldn’t help myself). I found this dark pink top really cute and lovelovelove the colour- first time I wore it, it was fine but this morning it sort of annoyed me and I felt the need to pull it down (but may have been my fault which I lifted it to wipe sweat out of my eyes- shhh). So I’d say a big thumbs up and would defs buy it again!
Now I went down a size in the pants (upon the ladies recommendation not mine- don’t worry not trying to kid myself) and they fit perfectly. She said that it ‘s better to, so the waist stays tight and you don’t have to worry about pulling it up all the time. The band doesn’t create a muffin top (I wore the pants in my ‘flat belly pic’) and if you’re feeling particularly bloated one day you can actually unfold the band all the way up for extra sucking in power
The third and final top was a light purple- love the colour, even if I’m more of a bright colour girl. It had a similar make to a blue one I own from Rockwear in terms of the tighter elastic around the bottom. It was super light, perfect for working hard, and I had no issues with it at all!
