WIAL= What I ate Lately. Yup, cause I’m too lazy for this Wednesday bizz- ps. WIAW rocks! I’ve been eating lots and I’ve been photographing them but just not blogging them! So here’s a whole bunch of eats for you to vicariously enjoy
Get in my belly Protein Powder Pancakes topped with honey, chia seeds and sunflower seeds.
Then I had a fab mandarin in the same bowl. See, I’m lazy.
Later that night because lunch was so good I went full throttle with the protein- more rissoles, egg, chicken, spinach and cheese. Dw carbs were hard but I forget what ha.
The standard breakfast lately. 3 eggs, 2 pieces bacon, 1 wholemeal english muffin and a wholemeal crumpet with full fat organic butter mmmm. Fuel me up.
(Small) Banana + Pb. I need to get me some bigger bananas guys!
Lunch was Sweet potato steamed with turkey, beans and cheese.
All time favourite monster of a burger from Grill’d.
Not mine but too good not to share. The boyfriend devoured a warmed brownie dipped in cotton candy and red velvet ice-cream with marshmallows. I was this close to having some or getting my own but then I remembered how I only just finished my massive burger before.
Some toasted muesli with chobani 0% plain and milk
Curried egg (x2) on fresh wholegrain (Burgen) bread mmmm.
