Body Step Oldies

I can tell a lot of us like and NEED our sleep, and fair enough too- sleep is super important. All you have to do is look at my too-terrible for words post this morning to realise that sleep is necessary.

But thank you for all your well wishes, it must have done something because I slept like a log and woke up wanting more sleep but still ready to bring on the day.

First up (after brekky) was Body Step! I’m starting to mix up tracks and bring in some ‘oldies’ for the Body Step oldies haha. We did the athletic circuit again after going back in time to BodyStep 57- tribal dance. Just listen to this beat…

Then it was off to Chemist Warehouse to pick up some vitamins. Remember how I reviewed products from The Good Vitamin? Well I told you I’d use them again, but this time I chose three different products (since I still have the sleep well & a multivitamin).

Good for joints, overall wellbeing, your heart and brain.

I will keep you up to date with my use of these vitamins and any changes that may occur.

I also met up with Bek again (my social resolution is going superb woo!) and we did some window shopping, plenty of chatting, and she also tried that new froyo place they have there called Moochi. I think it’s an asian chain and they only have 4 flavours (original, coconut, watermelon + mango) but my goodness the lady who served us was the sweetest and most up beat person ever.

Bek highly recommends coconut froyo with almonds & strawberries.

I also did some actual shopping when I picked up a present for the MIL.

Smells SO good in that shop. The shop assistant there was also surprisingly pleasant!

Apart from that plenty of eating, foam rolling and computer catch up has been in place. Here’s some of my favourite eats so far:

As always my cannot fail wholegrain toast with pb + ab and banana slices (half eaten). I’m all out of Chia Seeds!

And my HUGE salad bowl lunch- spinach, lettuce (that was too bitter), 1/2 leftover can of 5 bean mix, carrot, cucumber, tuna!

  • Do you prefer froyo or ice-cream? Ice-cream!
  • What’s the best thing you’ve eaten today? Hmm, so far my toast.
  • What vitamins do you take? Multi, St John’s Wort, magnesium, Vitamin C, Immune [only when I start feeling something coming on] and now- Fish Oil, Glucosamine & COQ10

    Hi I can’t help but notice that you mentioned Bodystep 57. I was wondering if you have the Choreography notes for Track 9 (Drink, Drank, Drunk) from the same release. I wanted to add this track to an Ocktoberfeat themed class i am doing. Can you help me out by any chance?

      I wish I did but unfortunately I only photocopied some of the notes I needed- and track 9 wasn’t one of them. Perhaps youtube has the answer? Otherwise I’m sure the lesmills forums has someone who can help! Sounds like an awesome mix- you will defs have to share!
