Today is Tuesday folks- duh- so to spice things up a little I declared it Choose-day. And here is what I chose to do today:
Went to a Body Combat class only to disconnect with the instructor and decided I felt like going on the cross trainer and treadmill instead whilst talking to a friend.
I did however make an appearance back in the group fitness room for some CXWORX. I love this class! (I love it so much that I know one day I’ll most likely train in it). Speaking of training…
I chose to train in Body Attack. Yup, I finally made the decision. Training will be at the end of this month and I send the papers off tomorrow!
I chose to make some more Vanilla Protein Slice since I ran out of my last batch.
I chose to have leftover turkey and vegies in mixing bowl salad form.
I chose to take time out to rewind, and to get away from this self-hosting nonsense that is doing my head in (still not resolved, fingers crossed sooner than later).
I choose to teach a Body Step class tonight.
I choose to have a huge taco salad for dinner topped with the necessary Chobani Plain 0%
I am choosing to make today a fantastic, healthy & happy day. Filled with love for my partner, my family, my class members and most important myself and my body.

I’m loving the CXWORX class so much too sometimes I think “Oh, it would be fun to teach!” Maybe when the kids are older and in school more full time.

YAY for choosing Attack. That looks like a fun one! I am sure it'll go great with being a Step instructor

Yay! Good luck, it’s definitely next on the list for training I’d say- after Attack. Yeah the formats are sort of similar except one doesn’t have a step. I’m looking forward to it! Plus my AIM 1 Training for Step soon- eeeek.
Thanks for the shout-out, chica! Sorry to hear you’re still having hosting problems – I told you, when it’s good, it’s good, but when it’s not, it’s a big headache! Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon
