They say a picture can say a thousand words and since I love sharing my life with you guys here’s some shots from our trip down the Gold Coast, the Christmas Party, the Step Workshop etc.
Pre-Step Workshop
Post Step & CX! Yes, hair sticking to your forehead is the new look. Oh incase you don’t have me on twitter, the new Body Step is brutal stuff, but with awesome music. And the new CX? The best I’ve done!!
Delicious (and super late) lunch from Sumo Salad. A mixture of lentils, morrocan vegetables & chickpeas, and quinoa. Saaaa good!
Home for the night
The outfit in action.
Before the Christmas Party!
Dinner- turkey, steamed vegies and salad.
Amazing and funniest magician! He was incredible, so charismatic.
The new clutch with the table decorations. Ice room themed.
Someone was hungry (not me don’t worry) and decided Maccas was the place to go. According to health and safety you can’t order a pounder…maybe that should have been a sign NOT to get it. What does he do? Get two quarter pounders and put them together. I’ll give him credit in that he didn’t eat much more than half of it.
Breakfast- two soft poached eggs, 1/2 tomato and a piece of wholemeal toast.

Then I ate the remaining muffin half with my mixed vegies and 2 pieces of thinly sliced turkey cut up. It wasn’t anything special but it filled me up and kept me going till I had 1/2 a banana and some nut butters for a snack. Lunch was pretty good actually and I made the effort to drive to the nearest Sumo Salad just so I could get it (plus any excuse for a break haha). It was pretty much the same as this. [...]
[...] usual routine. Today started with a Body Combat class followed by the new CXWORX 9. I told you guys at the workshop that I loved it and I definitely felt the same today- my favourite CX so far. I’ll do it a couple more times [...]
