Here’s the things that I am currently loving and that are making me smile.
- My boyfriend. Everyday he brings me endless smiles and laughs. I seriously could never get over that kid.
- Anxiety techniques- I am making myself seriously accountable and doing them religiously until I get myself back to that balance.
- Strawberries. Each bite brings me sweet, delicious and nutritious goodness. OH strawberries how I’ve missed you.
- Both my adorable dogs- Dotti & Paws. Yup Paws is feeling the love.
- Sleep. I am seriously digging the sleep lately. Though, my stamina for staying up at the moment isn’t too crash hot. I think that’s my body saying- take it easy sometime please?

- Friends. Wow, so that’s what it’s like to talk to someone other than your bf, family, dogs or yourself…Hahah!

- Deep Heat. I have a new appreciation for this stuff. It’s amazing how many people remember you as the deep heat girl after a while
- New Les Mills releases. I love learning new stuff and getting new challenges! It keeps things fresh, fun and challenging.
- Myself. This actually never crossed my mind but my bf told me I’d better include myself or else… He likes to think he is tough But he was definitely on to something. I need to keep working towards being at peace with myself and loving myself automatically- without having to try. I think a few of us could work on this too
